Hi All!

How are we all doing? Staying positive?

This challenge has certainly made me think about my water intake and keeps me motivated for the exercise. Has it had the same effect on you?

    Same here, I'm drinking more regularly and have to exercise in the rain sometimes because I refuse to fail this challenge because of the weather so definitely a motivator :)

    I've been lapse on getting on the groups, I'm so sorry, been busy with training at my new job, and working out etc!

    But now I'm trained, it should settle down :-)

    Been doing really well, lost a fair bit of weight since my last update, exercising for about 100 or so minutes most days of the week, learning to swim, having PT sessions every week, learning to box, drinking lots of water, trying to clean up my eating, some days are really good :-)

    Really enjoying my workouts, been doing Body Conditioning classes and Aqua and spinning, enjoying them :-)

    Hmm anything I've missed lol!

    Hope all is well, easy to get the water in this weather lol
    I don't think I'll reach the weight target by my birthday somehow x

    Even if we don't make our target - we are certainly all better for this challenge. The water intake and amount of weekly exercise has become part of my lifestyle now. Thanks for starting the Seven Week Challenge Tyroners! :happy:
