I have a 5k tomorrow morning and I usually go out to eat the night before for some pasta. Tonight I have to work 5-8, so it will be later when I eat. Any suggestions on some good carbs? I would say Olive Garden, but I don't know what their hours are. It would be 9 pm before we would even get there. Hopefully they send me home early from work.

    You'll be running into Apps only at most places. I would call them and ask them how late they serve full menu. DO NOT GO TO APPLEBEE'S. REPEAT: DO NOT GO TO APPLEBEE'S.

    You could also try Old Chicago, Outback, or Red Lobster makes a crazyily awesom Cajun Chiken Alfredo!
