Anybody take Saw Palmetto for their PCOS? It's supposed to help with the hair growth on body and thinning hair on the head. Also says it could help with acne. Apparently it can also possibly cause breast enlargement.

The one website says the Vitex and Saw Palmetto work really well together to reduce PCOS symptoms so I think it's worth a shot.
