            Monday - 67 minutes (treadmill, arc trainer and elliptical)0

 Today (Tue): 30 mins walking over lunch hour (1.5 miles). I hope to do another 1.5 miles tonight on the treadmill !!! !!!

            tuesday and thursday i did 35 minutes in pool mostly treading water.. so 70 minutes total...
 all the housework, walking at work and stores things i got accomplished that i coudlnt have done a year ago, priceless!!0

            Whoa! I didn't even see this thread until now. It must have been buried.
 I guess I averaged about 30 minutes, mostly walking and weights.0

 Thursday The Firm 18 minutes plus 20 minutes walking
 Friday - 20 minutes
 Definetely not the group winner, but more than I have done in years! Also did all 30 minutes of The Firm today for the first time. Had to take some breaks, but kept going back in until it was done.0
