I thought we could use a change up!!! So I moved some older posts and want to have a fresh start!! It's been a quiet few months as summer keeps most of us busy but i thought it would be nice to have some new introductions to the group members :)
Hey y'all! I'm Rikki, 33 years old, returning user looking to really take control of my health and weight. I'm practicing mindfulness and taking baby steps to build consistency and discipline, rather than charging full-force ahead and trying (and failing) to run off of motivation. That has never worked for me before, so…
New and looking for help
I just wanted to say hi and hope to find some likeminded people here to get through these next few months or years... I’m a bit intimidated by the hill that’s in front of me, but it’s not the first time so... here we go! Oh and I’m Bri, female, 44, starting out at 320 lbs, some chronic health issues too, so ... yeah...…

2020 has been a very unkind year, living through a world wide pandemic has made a lot of people see life differently, and I am sure lots of us are suffered from covid burn out! It’s time to make a better year I don’t believe in New Years resolutions as I believe it sets you up to fail from the start but I do believe in…
I’m back to the grind after losing 80lbs and gaining 60 back. Really need to find a support system. My biggest struggle is my feet hurt. I can walk in my flats or winter boots all day long but my tennis shoes kill my feet. I feel like I could go so much longer without them. Is it something I just have to get used to or do…
