2020 has been a very unkind year, living through a world wide pandemic has made a lot of people see life differently, and I am sure lots of us are suffered from covid burn out! It’s time to make a better year
I don’t believe in New Years resolutions as I believe it sets you up to fail from the start but I do believe in treating myself better, so how can we treat ourselves better in the new year?
For example this is mine
It is okay to mess up, I need to let go of the guilt I have when I make mistakes!
It is okay to not be okay!

You are so right! 2021 is the year I am going to remember this quote I came across years ago and just rediscovered:
There is no such thing in anyone's life as an unimportant day. Alexander Woollcott
Every day of 2021 is important.0
