What kind of exercises do you all suggest for a 300+ lbs person to do for strength training.?

    Honestly I suggest you meet with a kinesiologist or professional trainer of some kind, every body is built different and how you carry your weight and other physical limitations can be addressed one on one way better! Kinesiologist have college educations in the science of body movement, personal trainers may not depending where you live.

    In saying that resistance bands are a great starting point and there is lots of online for exercises!

    I use a program called Activetrax for strength training and its amazing. I use machines and free weights.
