The last two weeks are ticking me off, I am not losing or gaining but staying the same. I don't know if I should cut my cals down, I am trying to stick to 1800-2000 a day, I am slowly exerting more. I am trying to get 30-45 mins every other day. maybe I should be working out more. any help would be great.

Small plateau are normal in any weight loss journey. I wish I had some advice, but my best guess is to try to switch things up temporarily to see if it helps!
If your work out routine doesn’t include strength training or should, you need those muscles they burn more calories0 -
you are right, I do need to add strength training in. I am going to look up some videos online for that0
