Feet hurt

Options
I’m back to the grind after losing 80lbs and gaining 60 back. Really need to find a support system.

My biggest struggle is my feet hurt. I can walk in my flats or winter boots all day long but my tennis shoes kill my feet. I feel like I could go so much longer without them.

Is it something I just have to get used to or do I need to try different shoes?

Friend requests welcome.

Different shoes would definitely be the way to go. If you can go somewhere that does proper fittings for running shoes I would go that route. They'll make sure they fit properly, not just in size, but in how your position changes with a particular fit. The right shoes made a world of difference for me
