    Hello to all! Here's my latest:

    8/01/12 - 2 miles (WATP)
    8/03/12 - 2 miles (WATP)
    8/04/12 - 2 miles (WATP)
    8/05/12 - 1 mile (WATP)
    8/06/12 - 2 miles (WATP)
    8/07/12 - 6 miles (Stationary bike)

    OK...today, I did 6 miles on my stationary bike. If I can count those miles, I will have 15 miles in all, and 15 to go! Can I count them pleeeeeeeeease lol?

  • Hi, I'm Deb and I'm going to set my goal for 75 miles of walking/running/biking for exercise. Last month, I logged ALL of my miles and came up with 172! (I use a fitbit which tracks every step). This month, I am going to limit my logging to only those miles where I am running or walking for exercise. I'll include biking miles if I do any! I'm off to a slow start as I just took 4 days off due to the death of my father.

    8/2 7 miles
    8/7 7 miles

    14 down, 61 to go!

    I would like to get to the point of logging 100 miles each month.

  • another 4 miles today...jogged this time! Total 20miles! Will do a breakdown tomorrow! On a roll!!
    Did another 4 miles walk yesterday, so 24 so far this month! Its funny i thought 50 miles would be really hard to get to but i am almost half way already!

    So....20 miles down, 55 to go! LOL That number sounds so huge! Should be interesting as I have my 6 year old son with me now and tomorrow is my daughter's last day of summer program, so I'll have her hanging around all day as well! I might be stuck with an awful lot of treadmill/elliptical miles for this month! I much prefer to be outside but the only place that I can take them is the track and that is pretty boring.

    20 miles done so far and 10 more to go!
    I'm going away next week, so I'm trying to get my miles in before Wednesday. We're doing it!! :happy:

    I am injured!! All this running has lead to tendonitus and a swollen and sore ankle. Due to this i havent been able to run.... i have had to substitue it with cycling, can i enter that instead whilst i recouperate?
    If so 4 mile cycle - 36.5miles...if not still at 32.5!

    I hope everyone is having a Super Saturday! I know that I am! :happy:

    This morning, I did 6 miles on my bike so that means that I have a total of 30 miles in all! Yaaaaaaaaaay!!!! I am so glad that I joined this group!!! It has really helped me to stay focused on my exercise goals. I am going away next week, but I am going to continue to keep on moving until I leave! :bigsmile:

    You are doing an amazing job! Thank you so much for starting this challenge and for your support and encouragement. :flowerforyou:! It has helped me to stay motivated and focused on reaching my goals....and I had a lot of fun doing it because I knew that I was not alone! I am going to continue to exercise and keep moving. Running, jogging, walking, swimming, cycling....the main point is to keep moving - and we are doing it in a BIG way LOL! :happy:

    I didn't get in an official walk today, but I did get a fitbit today and we went to the Fair! The fitbit tells me I walked 4.5 Miles at the fair! NICE! Not going to count it for this challenge, but at least I know I burned some calories off!

    I'm going to be out of town for a couple days- So everyone keep being AWESOME! Keep checking in, and I'll update you all on my miles as soon as I get home.

    Oh No! I'm sorry to hear about your ankle! Definitely take it easy, and count the cycling miles! :) Hope you feel better soon! :)
