Hi, I'm Deb and I'm going to set my goal for 75 miles of walking/running/biking for exercise. Last month, I logged ALL of my miles and came up with 172! (I use a fitbit which tracks every step). This month, I am going to limit my logging to only those miles where I am running or walking for exercise. I'll include biking miles if I do any! I'm off to a slow start as I just took 4 days off due to the death of my father.

I didn't get in an official walk today, but I did get a fitbit today and we went to the Fair! The fitbit tells me I walked 4.5 Miles at the fair! NICE! Not going to count it for this challenge, but at least I know I burned some calories off!
I'm going to be out of town for a couple days- So everyone keep being AWESOME! Keep checking in, and I'll update you all on my miles as soon as I get home.
