Hi bumping for later, a lot of good stores to check out.

I am 6'1 and always hated shoe shoping. I have 13 narrow/ regular but squeeze into 11s or 12 if I can't find anything bigger. Someone told me that when you lose weight your feet shrink, I hope so!
Mine came down from an 12 to an 11 after I lost like 30lbs. I'm hoping my feet come down to a 10 when I'm done!

Here's a site with a bunch of larger size shoe sources. I'm 6" and wear a size 9 1/2 so I can't even shop many of these stores!!

YES! I used to be able to wear an 11 in some shoes before I had my son. Now that never happens. I need a 12 all the time now.

I actually just found two pairs of women's size 12 shoes at Marshall's this weekend! I got a pair of Nike women's flip flips and a pair of Clarks in a size 12M!

    Height: 5'11'
Shoe size: 12AA ( have a super narrow foot)

6ft tall & a uk 7 (41 eur), my feet are so out of proprtion to my height but to be honest, I'm glad I don't have really big feet, with my height & built it would be just another thing for me to be too big for.

Does anyone ever have luck at DSW finding size 12s? I can't ever find more than a pair or two.
I was thinking of popping in there and checking anyways.

I have atrocious balance. I'm 5'10" and wear an 8. I could probably get away with a 7 1/2 if my feet weren't fairly wide.

5'10", 11-12 depending on brand (currently in a 10.5 in keen ballet flats! so frustrating!). I buy shoes where I can get them. a couple of local shops, Nordy's, I have a great casual sporty flat from payless that's shocked my pants off I love it so much, normally payless shoes make my whole body hurt! Oh and I've only ever seen anything larger than a 10 at DSW on their "sale/last pair" racks. I hate finding cute shoes KNOWING they make them in my size and hearing the clerk say they NEVER had them in my size. Macy's did that to me with a pair of Sofft a few years ago, I'll never forget and will never go there for shoes again (I don't go there for anything really).

5'10" size 10. i buy shoes wherever i can find them. seems every store only stocks two pair in my size. my work shoes are actually mens since i couldn't find any decent oxfords in a size 10 for women. everything has a f'n 4 inch heel on it. i can hardly balance in sneakers :)

    5'10.5"
    size 11

I can generally find shoes pretty much anywhere. I buy a lot at REI and they always carry 11s, as does the running store where I get my running shoes. Zappos.com is also great for larger sizes.

I'm 5'11" and I wear a US size 12. Obvously shoe shopping can be a frustrating experience. Especially since the regular stores never have my size. But I've found a few places. Macys.com, Dillards.com, Longtallsally.com and I've most recently discovered Amazon. Just got the most comfortable sandals from there. Sometimes I'll go to Nordstroms or the Rack but their shoes aren't the most practical. Since shoes are more expensive typically I try to pair ones that will go with a lot of outfits.

Great forum, didn't realize it was here!

6" tall and a US size 12 shoe. I have a shoe...hmmm, problem :) I buy shoes from zappos.com, barefoot tess, endless.com and Nordstrom Rack. I use to die for their under/over shoe size sale but now I store better deals and actual sales by just hunting through the stores! My local store gets shoes delivered every Wednesday morning so if I'm ever nearby on a Wednesday, I always stop in to check for a deal.

5'11 and 12-13 M. I used to be called Ronald McDonald for my big feet!

I shop longtallsally.com mainly because they are located in Canada. SometimesI find a pair of Clarks or Naturalizers that work great for me. Payless carries some shoes but I find it hard to get a comfortable pair there. And then it's Men's for workboots.
