  • 8/11 = 3 miles @ Warrior Dash -- outcome: bruised sternum (crashed chest-first into hay bales at the bottom of the slip n slide. OUCH!) Hoping this doesn't set my training back too much. Will see :ohwell:

    Bruised is OK, I broke my ribs, and still could run :drinker: so you will be OK. You be OK, (I hope)! Wow on the Warrior Dash, only done the mud race so far and it was a LOT of fun!!!
