I figured we could put our starting weight and measurements (if u'd like) and share our progress.

    I'm glad I found this group! i just finished 30 Day shred and had lost 5 pounds with it. Looking to continue with the group support because I found that really motivated me. Looking to get rid of the rest of my baby weight!

    This is my second time doing the RIP in 30. I had great results last time. I am at 209 right now. I will add my measurements later. I plan to do RIP in 30 in the evening and my ellipitcal in in the morning for 30 minutes.

    I will join along, at least for the first half of the month - I will have to take some doctor-ordered time off later on. I just finished the 30 DS in another group and really liked having a group for support. I'm desperate to get down one more pant size before the school year starts so I can wear my size 10s. I don't have a lot of size 12s to wear, but the size 10 bin is full of good clothes from a few years ago.

    Since my progress through Ripped in 30 will be interrupted after two weeks, I'm thinking of spending half a week on each level so I can get to the more intense workouts of level 3 and 4 sooner than later - I'll see how it goes first.

    I decided to weigh in and measure up today since TOM is here and I might be all bloated tomorrow.

    Day 1 Measurements (8/13/12)
    Weight: 161.2
    Bust: 37.5"
    Waist: 31.5"
    Hips: 41.5"
    Left thigh: 25"
    Right thigh: 25"
    Left arm: 11.,5"
    Right arm: 11.75"
    Right calf: 15.75"
    Left calf: 15.25"


    Day 30 Measurements (09/13/12)
    Weight: 155.2
    Bust: 37"
    Waist: 30.5"
    Hips: 40.25"
    Left thigh: 24.25"
    Right thigh: 24.25"
    Left arm: 11.25"
    Right arm: 11.5"
    Right calf: 15.25"
    Left calf: 15"

    Total lost 6 pounds and 6 inches. Not as much as with 30 DS, but I'm closer to goal weight now, so I didn't expect to lose as much. I am starting to really see muscle definition now, so I'm happy I did this (and had my procedure postponed so it wasn't interrupted).

    I still need to do my final workout today, then I will give my shoulders a rest for a few days and just stick to my treadmill for a bit. I would like to cycle through Jillian's different workouts after this rather than doing another 30 day program with the same video repeated for a week or so. I'll start off with 6 week 6 pack workouts and Killer Buns and Thighs for something new before going though 30 DS and RI30 again, but I'm dropping these down to maybe twice a week.

    Great job Mellie! I have a lot of weight to lose still but i can't wait to see muscle. Congrats to you for your hard work!
