Ok, just finished w4d1 it was hard....there were moves from yoga that were hard for me to do because i have to work on flexibility. Idk if it was really hard or if its just me because i didn't feel like doing it lol.
We are halfway through...I've heard that week 3 was the hardest but i didn't think it was that hard. I still can't pick my butt up off the ground with those table things but I'm working on it. I hope everyone its coming along well...enjoy your Monday!

OMG! i just finished week 2 day 1. I did a lot of modifying this time around! The tabletop was by far the hardest thing for me because #1 my arms just felt like they couldn't reach the floor and i couldn't push myself off the floor!
