Total weight 6lbs. 5.5 inches overall....not as much as world have thought but I'm better than i was before!

Nice going, Jamirah! We were actually pretty similar in our losses overall. I posted my ending numbers in the starting thread. Oops! LOL! I'm happy with it. The numbers aren't huge, but I look and feel better than a month ago and I'm a lot stronger now.

Wow, good job girls.
I fell off the "exercise/eat right wagon" once I started school, which is really bad, but as a result, my weight didn't really change. I got to about Week 4, Day 1 and stopped. I did lose about an half of an inch off of my arms and my stomach, which is ironic because my arms and stomach weren't too large to begin with, but my thighs (the bigget part of my body), didn't change at all.0
