End of Week Two

Well I made it to the end of week two, but not 100% sure i'm going fast enough. My legs certainly think I am!!!

Will start week 3 on Tuesday and a bit worried about the leap from 90 secs to three minutes. So please tell me it gets easier :noway: !!

    It really DOES get easier! I was just thinking that yesterday. I did a 20 minute run yesterday (week 6 day 3) and I was SO scared before starting. However, I was REALLY IMPRESSED with how far I've come. It used to feel like running for 90 seconds was brutal, and look to where I am! You will notice a difference in your stamina and feel so proud. Congrats on all of your progress thus far!

    It does! I was very concerned for the 3 min intervals, but I made it through them. What I did was slow my pace so I could keep my breath. I figure in due time speed will come, I'm more concerned with my breathing right now. And like a lot of people have said before, it's mostly a mental game. You can do it!!
