I am looking for the egg muffin recipe? the one you make in a cupcake tray? love this idea and i tried searching for it and i'm not havingm uch luck.

I just butter/grease up the muffin tins, and pour in my fave scrambled egg mix! Easy peasy! Bake at like 350 until they are cooked through! (Which will depend on what you like in your eggs!) I like to make a batch for the week. Feel free to add me, I have been paleo/primal for two years +!!!0

I put a slice of ham on the bottom and put egg, chives, mushrooms and bake. Don't forget to grease the pan0
