Sounds good to me.... it doesn't matter to me what day, I'm flexible with whatever works.0 -
How does monday weigh in sound? It can help keep us on track on the weekends knowing we have a weigh in on Monday. But if u r acustom to weigh in on a certain day that is ok too. We can try to shoot for a 15 lb loss by Labor Day Monday Sept 3. Then we can continue another lose weight challenge after labor day for those of us who have more then 15 lbs to lose. If your in, check back Monday July 23 with ur start weight.0

I'm 5'2 and my final goal weight is 120 lbs. I'd like to lose 1 lb per week, but 1/2 lb per week is probably more realistic for me. Good luck in reaching your specific goals everyone!!
