Hi all I recently am proud to say I lost 11 lbs so far doing the low carb diet, I cook all my entrees and I also drink my low glycemic shakes and bars too (not Atkins tho) If you need my help and inspiration Im your girl!!!!!
Hello! I’m new to the group and new to Atkins. I was a carbaholic and so this will not be an easy journey. So far I’m eating bbq pork rinds and cheese sticks as snacks. I also plan to make homemade onion rings (using ground plain pork rinds as breading). Any other suggestions?

I'm eating as much food as it takes to satisfy me including bacon, steak, eggs, salads with dressing, half and half, etc. I eat until I'm full but at the end of the day I've only added up to somewhere between…

I hit the store and ready start phase 1. My question is what do I put for calories on my log here? How does the percentage break down for carbs, fat, protein? Which percent do I list for each. I was at 1280 calories on just counting calories. Do I increase this?
I am starting a ketogenic diet today from the 21 day diabetes cure. Very similar to Atkins but less fat. Anyone have any words of wisdom?
