Hips: 93cm
Waist: 87cm
Chest: 89cm
Left thigh: 55.5 cm (i hope is because of the muscles)
Right thigh:55cm
left arm: 30.5cm
Right arm: 30cm
Right calf: 36.5 cm
Left calf: 36 cm
Wight: 59 kg

I'll take measurements tonight but this morning my weight was 203.2 (I'm sure it will go down this week since I had a TON of sodium this past weekend).

Neck: 36 (14 inches) Skin caliper 10mm
Upper arm: 31cm(12 inches) skin caliper 24mm
Bust 94cm (37 inches) side fat at bra line skin caliper 35mm
Under bust 83 cm (32.75 inches) skin caliper under bust 20mm
Waist (between lowest rib and hip) 85cm (33.25inches)
Main caliper reading 30mm
Hip 99cm (39 inches)
Upper thigh 56 cm (22 inches)
Waist-hip ratio (waist measurement divided into hip measurement) = 0.858. Target is to get closer to the magical 0.7.0 -

Okay so my weight this morning was 163.8, I couldn't find my measuring tape but I have a favorite pair of jeans that I can just get on. These will be the way I take my measurements for now.

There's the group! Thanks Jenny D! I've been back from vacation about a week now & it's taken me a week to back into my healthy eating/working out groove. Weather has been rainy & I've been applying/interviewing for a new job, so, have been a little busy - but that's no excuse. My biggest problem is that I gained while away! I didn't drink enough water daily & I indulged in birthday cake (yes mine) & homemade cookies & mixed drinks (that are usually always forbidden) and didn't eat as "clean" as I should have. It just amazes me how I can gain 5+pounds in a week, but it takes a month to get it off! So, back to work I go on it. I am now 191.2lbs. and I'll get my measurements in on Sunday when I weigh in again. thanks again Jenny!0
