low carb snacks

My first day on this has made me realise quite how high carb my diet is so I need to adjust my thinking. I figure I will still need carbs for bf/lunch and dinner or it won't feel like a meal to me *rolls eyes at myself*, but if I could go low carb for snacks then it would help a lot.

most my snacks involve tuna, salmon, cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt. Last night I made pepperoni chips with onion cottage cheese dip, yum.0

Cottage Cheese and Gherkin or tomoto on cruskits always good. Or on raw carrot if really keen...0

LOVE gherkin and pretty much anything else pickled! Be careful with the sodium on that though.0

I'm not sure how carb-free it is, but my favourite snack (and breakfast) at the moment is 1/2 cup light greek yoghurt with 1 scoop of protein shake powder mixed into it, it goes really thick and fluffy like a mousse. YUM! very satisfying and filling and I figure it's better than toast or crackers!0

I miss carbs in general but when I need a fix I have a Freya Thin (available from most supermarkets in the bread aisle). I've also become a fan of corn cakes and the Healtheries Air Popped potato bites.
I also trawl this website for ideas: www.yourlighterside.com
Or you could look here: http://www.eat-drink-smile.com/category/all-recipes/low-carb
In fact there are loads of fab low-carb recipe websites out there.
Good luck!0
