29.4 pounds lost so far with ZERO pounds more to lose in 3 more weeks. I so did this :)

I will challenge myself to lose ten more in three weeks!

    Total lost for challenge 3.2 lbs

    Very confusing. I lost 3.75" combined since July 31.
    My mantra is just keep swimming.
    If I lose 2 lbs a week, it would be a miracle. But maybe it could happen. I have family planning on visiting so that will put me in a good stress, catatonic burn for a week. Kids starting school and extra curricular activities- that's gotta be a good adrenaline burn at least with the road rage as I play chauffeur. Husband planned to get the carpets cleaned at the same time before family coming...so I will lose calories due to moving furniture and extra cleaning. So maybe I am optimistic if adrenaline stress burns extra calories than I'm still in this thing!

    I lost .2 pounds this week~~total of 9.8 lbs since challenge started!! Not as much as I would like but the scale is going down so that is what matters most.

    Fantastic!! And great job everyone! I have totally let life get in the way with this challenge, but you all have inspired me to get my act together now that life is calm again :)

    Meh. I'm out of town on vacation and just finished TOM so this past week wasn't great but it was still a loss so I guess I can't complain too much.

    I keep forgetting to post my weigh-in. I am close to my overall goal, so it is getting harder and harder to drop the pounds quickly. It also seems like I have one week a month where I actually drop.

    I'VE BEEN ON THE SAME BOAT, LOOKS LIKE THE 20 POUNDS ARE GOING TO COME OFF IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS. I WAS TOO AMBITIOUS, I GENERALLY LOOSE 4 POUNDS A MONTH. HOW I THOUGHT THAT WITH MY INTENSE WORKOUT SCHEDULE AND WEIGHT TRAINING IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT? BUT THE WEIGHT DOESN'T GO THAT EASILY THESE DAYS

    You so did make your goal! And 5.5 pounds more today....you can totally make 219....maybe even 215...how about 210? I am glad I am on this ride with you :)
