How do you manage vacation?

I am going on a mini vacation this weekend to Hot August Nights in Reno Vevada and plan on taking my shaker bottle, water, and shake mix. Crossing my fingers that I can find good dinner choices that the rest of my group agrees with. Any suggestions of what worked for you to keep you on track would be great.

How did bringing the shaker bottle and shake mix go? :-)
I'm heading to Colorado via flight though, and so that'll make it more difficult... If the shaker bottle & shake mix alone worked for you, I'll probably just do the same!!
My boyfriend and I are both on Visalus and going on vacation in just under a month. We were planning on bringing the whole blender with us since we're driving there.0
