this week we will pass the half point (50 miles for 100 milers, 25 miles for the 50 mile club), TODAY, Sunday the 100 mile club should at 39.12 miles to be on track and 50 milers should be at 19.4 miles, if not at these mileages you can still catch up if you are more you can take it easier for the second half (:

    A HUGE disappointment with running this past week--I didn't run at ALL because I was moving. I'm finally at home station so I will be starting back up this week!

    5 for me today. I think that makes it 39/85 for the month. Should be over halfway by Thursday, so on track.
  • 8/14 = 3.1 miles -- first run since Warrior Dash/bruised sternum. Run went well: wished i had a second sports bra and/or compression shirt on to control movement though. No 'pain', rather 'soreness' (managable soreness) from the arm swing+underlaying tissue movement. All is well & training will resume as usual. Only lost one (2-mile) day of training for September's half :smooched:

    WTD = 3.1 miles
    MTD = 35.2 miles

    (goal = 85 miles)
