What's your game plan: Cardio 4xs a week, drink at least a gallon of water a day, not necessarily limit calories, but make better choices in the foods I choose, try to go for a work after dinner at least twice a week, and must definately limit alcohol intake and last night eatting.0 -

What's your game plan: get back to eating healthier. logging everything, higher water intake and higher burns. Plan on getting Jillian Michaels 30-day shred and start doing other types of workouts besides the elliptical and treadmill.
I've gained around 13 lbs in the last 2 weeks but I have not reset my weight because I don't want to get congratulated on losing the same pounds. I will have to work harder to get them off. Hoping some is sodium/water since I just came back from vacation. ;o)

GAME PLAN: Working out ... boot camp (3x/wk), cardio (4x/wk), one personal training session/wk and keeping calories around 1,200. Hardest part is avoiding wine. Eating healthy and food/exercise is a daily routine for our family ... 2 teenagers/husband so lots of motivation. In the past I would focus on diet OR exercise but this time I'm working hard on integrating both every day.0
