Half way through push I am up to 25#'s for lower body, upper body 8-20#'s depending on exercise.0

I started Push using 10 - 15 lbs for upper & 15 - 25 for lower. At the end I was using 12 - 20 for upper & 20 - 30 for lower. My biceps, triceps, squads, hamstrings and glutes are strong. My posterior & anteriior deltas are weaker.0

I do the same amount of weight as Chalene does.0

I do the same as Chalene's sister. I'm not sure but I think her name is Janelle. I've only done 1 week of Push so my goal is to end up lifting the same as Chalene.0
