So my starting weight is 220 and my goal wight for this challenge is 199. I also am doing weekly goals for myself and this week I am aiming to get in 12 miles of walking/jogging.0

I have 3 international business trips between now and halloween. My goal is to continue to limit carbs to 20% of my daily calories, exercise at least 5 days per week and to continue to journal my food at mfp. I will strive to achieve a loss of 16 pounds in the next 10 weeks to put me at 187.0

I am currently 175lbs. I will be at least 165lbs by Halloween. I will also have toned my arms and slimmed down my inner thighs by Halloween 2012.0
