weight size?

Just wondering what size of weights you guys are using. I tried using 3 lbs but its a little to heavy so I am using 2lb at the moment.

    I vary mine depending on the exercise. i have a hard time with the leg/arm combos so I use the smaller two pound weights for those. On the easier strength excercises I use five pound weights.

    I've been using 5lbs its all i have. During the last couple reps it gets so hard though!

    yes i to am using 5lb weight and the arm leg combo is killer towards the end of it. but so worth the pain

    I use 2 500ml water bottles at the moment. Works out to about 1 pound weight.

    I think mine are 3 but they don't say and my scale refuses to weigh anything that's not a person (I guess I should hold them while I weigh myself and then subtract!) - I could use some slightly heavier ones on some of the exercises.

    I have some nerve... I figured 5 is nothing so I started with 8! Dropped them like bad news. Dont know what I was thinking..

    I use 5 for some - 2.5 for other stuff like the last side lunges.
