Has anyone lost any inches/pounds/sizes? I haven't checked mine yet but i'm slowly losing motivation! So what are your results?
Most of us are either past the halfway point or coming close to it. Personally, I should be past it, but I missed several days and am really behind. I'm on day 13. I am curious about your thoughts on the 30DS so far. Love it? :love: Hate it? :explode: Something in between? :huh:

Was wondering what people prefer, morning or evening shredding? I WANT to do morning, but I have the hardest time getting up so I do evenings before dinner.

I dont want to go on holidays the first week of sept. It is going to throw me off the 30 shred. :( I am becoming an addict...to exercise. Never in a million years did I think that would happen.
Anybody else feeling it in their quads? The worst is going up stairs. Whats funny though is trying to go to the bathroom, slightly bending to get to the seat and then having the plop the rest of the way cause my quads hurt terribly. lol.
The most notable difference since starting 30DS is that my natural waist has gone from 41" to 38.5"!! I've also lost an inch on my thighs and half an inch on my arms! So I just finished day 1 of level one yesterday. At first the jumping jacks were awful, but the last time we do them, it felt like i was floating, super easy. Is this normal? Anybody else notice the JJs get easier throughout the session?
