Halfway there!

Most of us are either past the halfway point or coming close to it. Personally, I should be past it, but I missed several days and am really behind. I'm on day 13. I am curious about your thoughts on the 30DS so far.
Love it?

I think it's an incredibly difficult workout. I love it for that, and hate it! Because I've made a 30 day commitment to this and all of you, I push myself to keep with it, where otherwise, I might have quit. I'm not losing any weight, but I do feel stronger, I see improved muscle tone, and my endurance has to be improving. Plus, in a few more weeks, I can say I did it. I don't know if any of us are doing it in a straight through 30 day format. It seems most are taking a day here and there to recover. I did, and it was very helpful.0 -
I made halfway last Monday, but I have missed Wednesday through today... I plan to get back on track this weekend though!0

I really like it. I am behind too. If I do it today(which I am planning on it) I will hit the half way point. My body has been really sore and the shred has been having an impact on my knees and ankles. I am quite satisfied doing it 4-5x/week allowing 2 days of rest. I find taking a couple rest days gives me more energy to get through the shred days.0

I'm on day 13 also... It's a very hard workout!!! I'm amazed I'm stilll participating. I take lots of breaks still and modify occasionally but am getting so much stronger!!! I love it for that. :-)0

too be preferctly honset.....
I like the challenge....
but I need diversity.... its tough doing the routine every day. I think I need variety, which would also allow for some of the muscle areas that I'm pushing to recover.
I've needed to and did incorporate other exercises routine in the mix (simple walking or jogging) to break it up somewhat.
So I'm not where I need to be in terms of the 30 day mark, but I've lost some inches and some weight

I am on day 18 and I have really enjoyed the 30 day shred. Each day it gets a little easier and for me the workouts seem to go by very fast. I am probably going to be doing ripped in 30 afterwards just because I am loving jillian! Ive lost inches and about 6 pounds since starting the shred0
