This week may be my downfall...

I start my midnight shifts tonight and will be on them for a week. This is generally when I have the hardest time with my health habits and I tend to not lose or even gain. I think the fast food and fried food won't be too hard, but the no soda will be rough! Staying up until 7 AM for work is not as fun as when you were little and tried to stay up as long as possible. I'm glad I have you all to keep accountable to- I think that's going to help me a lot through the week!
