Typically no I do not. Monday-Friday 1300 cals, Sat & Sun 1600-1700 cals.0

Nope, I don't eat my exercise calories. I also don't beat myself up if I go over by a few. If I go over alot that's different torture.0

I do not eat back my exercise calories, sometimes maybe I might about 50 calories but it's not on purpose. I have my calories set at about 1575 I think and that was a calculation I came up with base don TDEE and some other something or the other, I can't remember now.0

Yes, not all of them, but I try to net at least 1200.0

Yes, but only if I'm hungry. I try to net between 1200 and 1300 per day but I don't beat myself up if I'm a little over or a little under.0

I do b/c my calories are set pretty low - 1250 and I'm hungry when I work out.0

I use the EM2WL approach based on your BMR & TDEE. My calories per day are set at 1682 and that already includes my workouts. If I do burn more calories, I try to eat back at least 200 more calorie or at least make sure that I NET my BMR.

I didn't yesterday, but I sure did today! Between lunch and frozen yogurt with my daughter and the sloppy joes, tator tots and brownie that was dinner tonight I went over enough to cringe! But I also didn't do 30 day today. I can't do it now either. It's too close to when I ate and I know I'll puke! Tomorrow it is!0

I do but I don't. I know the site is set up for you to eat them blah blah blah... so sometimes I do and sometimes I don't... It really depends if I feel full for the day or if I feel like eating more to satisfy me...0
