over the summer i have maintained a sedentary activity level, which allots me 1200 calories. when i go off to school, should i switch to moderatly active, get extra calories and not log the extra walking?
or should i keep it as is and log the extra running around?
I'm not sure if it really makes a difference either way...

I feel like continuing to log yourself as sedentary and recording the extra walking around would probably be more accurate? I feel like if you have a job where you stand/walk a lot, like as a sales clerk, you know you burn some calories there but it's hard to measure distance. But if you walk to class every day or something, then just record how much you walked at the end of the day.0

It depends on how often you're walking and if you plan on taking in extra excercise (I definitely recommend joining a sporty-oriented club - like fencing... i freakin' love fencing! ) Take into account if you're going to be eating healthy or eating like the average ol' college student. And also the fact that you're probably going to be spending hours upon hours just sitting on your bum in class.0

well, i am also going from home exercise to the gym 3/4 days a week and the pool 3ish as well as picking up zumba when i can (i love free facilities!) and i should be working at least 15 hours a week on my feet the whole time.
edit: and i plan on sticking to salads (they offer 7 or 8 different varieties) and veggie subs and stuff like that 6 days a week and eating what i want (within reason) once a week.0
