8/14: 154.4 < Down 1 pound since last week. 3.8 since we started the challenge.
I was really disappointed when I weighed in. I was at 155.4 for a month, and when I saw 15x.4, I went nuts, until I saw that the third number was smaller!0 -

am back to 202 . when i travel, even if i try and exercise enough, it is so difficult to figure out what to eat especially if it involves eating with clients and catching up with friends0
