This week's challenge is exercise minutes with strenght training/toning counting for double minutes. Since we need to build muscle so that we can burn more calories while not moving. Post all week to keep everyone motivated. The challenge is Monday through Saturday. And the winner will be anounced on Sunday. Good luck and keep moving.
