princessf1, Sounds like you did a great burn with your walk on Saturday.
I took Saturday & Sunday off this weekend. Did a little yard work but otherwise let my body rest. I listened to my body and knew I needed the break. Today I feel better for it.
8/6 4 miles (classic mile in AM and 3 mile Slim & Sleek in afternoon)

Did 4 fast miles today - this one has always seemed to go by so fast! I have done it many times and never get tired of it.

Woohooo I'm in, too! Have been without a computer for a bit - got a new one yesterday and can finally post.
I don't have a mile goal but so far I've got 6 miles in:

Three Fast Miles. (My grand kids are here so I figured that gave me a reason to go fast this morning . They are 5 1/2 & 7 and played nicely together the whole time in the room across the hall while I exercised. Good for them :-)

Well done so far everyone.
Ive probably already done 12 miles this month. I will plan to do 30 in total, as Im gonna continue alternaing with Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones.
I recently bought a mini trampoline & am using it to do the boosted walk bits of my Lelsie workouts. Its GREAT coz it takes the impact out of my knees, which were sore last month. Awesome!0 -

Sorry I have been a bit MIA the past week. I did something to my darn sciatic nerve again doing Turbo Sculpt ( I think ). I love the Turbo Jam workouts but seems like everytime I try to get back on the train that nerve acts up again. I just don't get that with Les, so I am going to back to regular Lesile that has worked wonders for me in the past 18 months.
Today I did the 3Miler from Just Walk + the abs session at the end. She has 2 new ones coming out in September ( check out collagevideo.com ) I preorderd the new 3 mile and and thinking about the WATP that actually just workouts from older DVD's or VHS. ha!

Hey everyone! I'm brand new to this group... I was excited when I found it! I really enjoy Leslie and her DVDs.
So, I went on vacation at the beginning of August and sort of completely fell off the exercise train. Oops! But I'm back now and ready to kick my own butt!
