Last night I did get in Yoga Meltdown Level 1, and this morning was 30 Day Shred Level 1. That is it for today!0

Saturday was Level 1 of 30 Day Shred.
This morning was Level 2 of 30 Day Shred, and a kettlebell workout. Hope to get something done after work.0 -
