    Just joined as this is a good idea. Starting at 252lbs so hope to be at least 242lsb by 19th Sept. Bring it on!!! oh and I 5ft 6 and linve in london

    Hi, This is Chrissie from Oswestry, My weight this week 159.5lbs my starting weight 4 weeks ago was 170 lbs, so to lose 10lbs in five weeks would be great. It will be hard for me, due to fly out on Monday to Bulgaria for two weeks, really hoping to keep on track while away, loads of swimming and great walks.

    Hi all, So happy to find you all. This is exactly what I need. I have been trying to lose for my 10 year wedding anniversary trip which we leave on Sept 18. Losing 10 lbs puts me where I can feel more comfortable in my skin so I can enjoy the trip. I will weigh in once I get to my gym scale tomorrow. Hope to find tips on what to eat and how to make this happen here. This is the first group I have joined on MFP although I have been using it over a year (on and off - lol). Nice to meet you folks.
  • I am at 183 and need to weigh in at 173...I am doing a biggest loser contest at work - this will help! I need all the support I can get! I really need to get down to 130....eventually!

    OMG I'm scared I just joined this group! Really need to give myself a kick and shift some weight so here goes :) 35 mins a day is WAY MORE excercise than I currently do. Wish me luch people! My starting weight is 184 Ibs

    I really want to do this. I tried in another group for the summer but I guess it was too long the challenge and I lost track. I'm definetly pushing myself harder and have less (close to none) cheat meals.

    I agree with the minimum35 min a day 6 days a week.

    Also fitness pal is really helping me change my eating habits and encouraging me to exercise more.

    I have already lost weight.

    I am doing the Insanity exercise routine.

    What tips do you guys haveto offer?
