I tried harder than usual and got pretty low in my squats yesterday. My gluteus is killing me!!! That's exactly where I need to burn lots of fat0

I did day 1 yesterday first time I have ever done one of her workouts...... I ache today gluts, legs, arms. Conclusion a) I am unfit b) I must have a good workout for me c) I need to keep going.
Level 1 again I did it from you tube but have bought a set of her DVDs ( special offer) as easier to see on TV than small computer screen.

My calves actually feel better after day 3's workout. So keep fling ladies work out that soreness!!0

My calves were killing me this morning, but now that I'm halfway through my day, they feel totally fine (no ibuprofen, I promise!) and I'm taking the stairs two at a time!
Nothing is hurting really, really bad today; I just have a good, all-over soreness. Nothing crippling.0 -

Whatever the muscle is I'm using during pushups, and my calf charlie horsed half way through the last cardio. Ouch! This is day 3 for me, level 1. Hurts so good, right? Right? RIGHT???0
