Would love to join this, need some help and struggling to lose weight. And this is definitely achievable. Current weight as of this morning 76.5 kg, that’s 191.25 lbs so I guess goal weight is 181.25lbs = 72.5kgs. That’s 4 kilo’s.0

Im new to fitnessPal and the community.
Im pre-op to undergoing bariatric surgery and this sounds like a fantastic idea!
Over 3 weeks I've lost 2.6kg which is approx 5 pounds. Think Im well on the weigh... (sorry, bad word pun!)

My starting weight on June 6th was 238 lbs. Today I weight 207 lbs. Losing another ten would be awesome, that would put me in ONE-derland! My goal weight is 135 lbs. But for this challenge 197 lbs! We can do this!! Good luck everyone!0
