Hi again,
I started paleo just this week. After months of a plateau, I freakishly dropped almost 3 pounds in five days. I am not really complaining, but am concerned about the possibility that I am missing some major things in my diary. I haven't been logging my exercise, but I do the shred every morning and run for at least 5K on most days.
I wonder if any paleo people would be willing to friend me and share diaries - I am not a cook - actually, I dislike cooking. It was a very big deal for me to shred some ginger and garlic and make chili chicken for myself this week. (I served it with root veggies and mushrooms - rice for the rest of the family). I could use some suggestions so I don't wind up eating 4 eggs a day and a few bananas all week!
Thanks!

I'll add you. You can look at my diary. I stopped logging last week because my eating habits have become so regular, that it's more of a pain than anything. I do love to cook, though. But there are easy, easy recipes that take only 15-20 minutes if you plan ahead a little and require minimal effort. Dinner tonight took me 10 minutes.0

I'm more Primal than Paleo, but feel free to add me if you want :bigsmile:0

I'll add you and I've got my diary open. Sad to say, you're going to have to get over the dislike of cooking because you'll be doing a lot of it  Cooking doesn't have to be hard. I prefer easy recipes, and I do a lot of batch cooking so that I do a big chunk of cooking or prep all at once and don't have to constantly be cooking. I'm always willing to share recipes or help with any questions anytime0
