Hello! I hope everyone is having a great week! I am counting down for my girls to be off to school. They start Monday and I am as excited as they are LOL. I have to get back with the program asap!

    PW- I honestly do not remember. I did not log the last two weigh in Thursdays and then I weighed myself and logged on MFP 189.9 recently. My current weight as of this morning was 187.9. I think I am up 5 or so pounds from the end of our Biggest Loser Challenge but am going to work hard to get that back off.. hopefully within the next few weeks. Good luck everyone!:wink:

    But I'm losing inches somewhere cuz my clothing is fitting alot better. I've started a new cardio program and running longer and faster so I think that's helping. My diet has been pretty decent this week too do I'm making small changes to lifestyle.
