    Would love to join this, need some help and struggling to lose weight. And this is definitely achievable. Current weight as of this morning 76.5 kg, that’s 191.25 lbs so I guess goal weight is 181.25lbs = 72.5kgs. That’s 4 kilo’s.

    Okay. I'm starting at 220lbs. I have no problem with the exercise but portion control and fats are going to be the big challenge for me. I blew it today but this will get me to do better!

    I weighed in this morning at 234 lbs. I have lost a total of 11 lbs to date but want to lose about another 50 lbs.:smile:

    Just signed up to the site yesterday and it's brilliant!

    Goal weight: 110

    I know it doesn't look like much but I'm only 5' 2" tall and I really want to shift the extra stone I put on when I hit the menopause and stopped smoking. I have a 26th wedding anniversary trip on 11th Sept so hoping that this group will be the motivation that I need.

    Hello all!
    Im new to fitnessPal and the community.
    Im pre-op to undergoing bariatric surgery and this sounds like a fantastic idea!
    Over 3 weeks I've lost 2.6kg which is approx 5 pounds. Think Im well on the weigh... (sorry, bad word pun!)

    Current weight: 121.8kg (243.4lb)

    Was using MFP over the summer, but have not been tracking since I went on vacation. Having a good challenge should help me focus on a goal.
