I concur!! Cooked fast & furious (about 2 mins either side) so theres lots of caremelised fat & 'crusty bits' but still rare in the middle..... drooooooool0 -
Nuts, specifically salted almonds. I overate them trying to stay on track on vaca, along with pistachios and pecans and it did really bad things to me... but I love them so much!0

Winner winner STEAK dinner
When I only make one for me, I cook on top of my chimney charcoal starter. I just put the grill grate on it and steak on that. I learned this from alton brown, legend in modern times.0 -
Salami.0

I'm totally there with the ribeye..I'm having one tonight! But thank GOD for bacon and eggs......and I think asparagus sauteed in bacon fat is shooting up to the top of the list, along with baby portabella mushrooms sauteed in butter and a little worchestershire sauce......feelin happy about my food lately cause I'm losing pounds again!!!0

I would also have to say ribeye. (also crusty bits and rare)
but I've been enjoying it with a smear of really good blue cheese or pan gravy that I make with cream and stock. Yum!0 -

rib eye steak here too.. grilled by itself, or even marinated in fajita seasonings and grilled, sliced and then finished off in a cast iron skillet with a little olive oil and seasoned onions and bell pepper - side of shredded cheese, avocado or guacamole and a dollup o' sour cream. or perhaps grilled with Greek seasonings, sliced and served with feta, red onion slices, black olives, on a bed of lettuce or spinach dressed with an olive oil vinaigrette.0

I looooove fat, but rib eye is too fatty for me. It's the rest of the family's steak of choice, but I like sirloin. Nom!0 -

That is an excellent idea!0 -
After thinking about it I'll have to say steak, ribeye or filet, either is fine. Nothing quite as good as a steak when it's done right.
Runner up, and not by much is bacon. I could literally eat bacon at every meal, all day if I could.0 -
No 1. Eggs & Bacon
No 2. 80/20 hamburger patty with american cheese and BACON
No 3. Rib Eye!!
No 4. Salmon
I can't get enough of these LC foods!!!!!0 -
Although I LOVE my steak (A LOT) I am crazy about Faux Potatoes !!! Yummy !!!0
