I used to be very over weight.

It is important to keep a food record and BE HONEST)

You must keep to around 1200-1500 calories per day depending on your activity level/goals.

Your exercise routine: I started off with longer less intensive work outs. This combined with a strict diet generated weight loss.

Over time my stamina and flexibility returned. I was then able to switch to more intensive work outs. Weight training was a MUST at this point. I am now doing HITS.

Listen to your body:

A plateau means a change may be needed.

Don't get discouraged!!

Weight loss takes time and dedication.

You can and will achieve your goals.

    Pain doesn't tell you when you ought to stop. Pain is the little voice in your head that tries to hold you back because it knows IF YOU CONTINUE, YOU WILL CHANGE. Don't let it stop you from being who you can be. Exhaustion tells you when you ought to stop. You only reach your limit when you can go no further.

    Looks like there are a few people that need some encouragement here... Don't give up, if you give up now your just gonna let yourself down. Remember this Journey is for you and you alone. Only YOU can make the change. No one else. YOU have to work hard, YOU have to put in the fight, YOU have to eat for you. It's all about YOU. Good luck and keep moving forward.
