I just finished 2 miles tonight from the Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan. Phew, I don't know if I've ever gone that hard before. Feels good!

Phew. Challenged myself to 3 miles with the Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan today. I usually only do 2 miles... but actually 3 wasn't as hard as I was anticipating. Go me!

Welcome :flowerforyou: hisakoyo, so happy that you made a goal and are jumping right in here. I am so blessed to have discovered MFP and it has made all the difference in how I am eating now. Well, at least most of the time :glasses:

5 Miles today: Walk It Off & Tone It Up. (I borrowed this one from the library to check out. It uses lots of stretchy band work through out)

Which one are you referring to? I have a new one that's a 4 Mile power walk with power surges of high intensity moves. i thought I would love it but I don't - my knees can't handle the jumping jacks and scissor kick things. LOL
Now, I do have an older one of intervals and I love that one - it uses the stretchie band and it about 2 miles with intervals.0 -
Texasgardnr - I love that 5 mile Walk it off and tone it up! That is a great one and it goes by fast to me.
I did Walk your belly flat 3 miler today - I love that one, have had it for awhile and never get tired of it.

princessf1, I was excited about the new one being a 4 mile power walk with options until I read on either collagevideo.com or Amazon.com that the moves were high intensity with jumping jacks and other hi impact moves. I was almost deciding not to get it b/c of my knees also. Now I know I won't .

Good morning all,
I had to get my miles in early as I have the grandchildren for two, maybe three days.
Wednesday:
3 Miles today: Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles.
Harder doing this many miles first thing in the morning before eating anything. Usually I only do one mile this early if I feel the need to get an extra something to get me moving, and that works out well.
Goal for August: 70

Ive only done 8 miles so far this monthI've been doing JM 30 DS in the a.m. and Turbo Jam in the p.m. I'll definitely get some mileage in over the weekend.0

Just got my new (well, new to me!) Leslie DVD in the mail the other day. So I gave it a shot and did 3 miles off the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk! Wow, that "boosted walking" sure gets me huffing and puffing!

Thursday:
4 Miles total today: 2 mile "30 Minute Walk" in the morning and 2 mile "Walk Strong Express" in the late afternoon. Both from WAP For Your Week. I love any of the 'Express' walks that I have.

Did Just walk 5 miles + the stretch today. Felt great! Now to rest tomorrow and push to reach my goal next week.
Everybody is doing great! I know texasgardnr, it is fun walking with you all. i love seeing which workout everybody did!

4 Fast Miles (Walk Slim series). this is one that I am happy the music only option is available. Some fun music, and I love to listen to the 'Boost' music b/c it makes me want to keep going even during that last killer boost :laugh: .
