I have been lifting for 3 months, and doing strong lifts for 3. I am pretty chill about my calories for the day. Meaning, if I am hungry I eat. I just try and make good choices. Lately, I am needing a whole other meal to feel full. Pre-stronglifts, I was eating 1400-1500 a day. Now I am around 1900-2000. Also, I am 5ft. 1.

Just curious what other people's calorie goals are during this program?

    I eat about 1800-2300 daily, I'm 5'6" 165. But I'm also faaaairly sedentary, I work a desk job and I don't really do any cardio. I try to remember to get up and get more tea/water/go to the bathroom regularly at work, and if I can walk somewhere I walk, but that's about it.

    I''m 5'8" ~143 and I eat anywhere from 1800-2200. Im always hungry, boo!

    I appreciate the info. I am short, but I do not have a petite or narrow build. I have pretty solid, athletic, wider hip build.

    All I see is people my height wanting to be 110lbs. and living on 1300 calories. I am currently 148lbs with a goal weight of 136lbs.

    I'm 5'2" and currently 136. I don't care what my weight is, I just want my BF% to be 19%. Honestly I eat however many calories I want to that day. With that said I try to make sure I get my protein in, if I'm still hungry I eat more. I like to eat when I'm hungry and eat until I'm full. Also I don't like to eat when I'm not hungry so some days my calories look low. Most days I eat around 1500 calories but it can be as low as 1100 or as high as 1900.
