Supersetting

I am nearing the end of Stage 4, and loving it. Time though is hard to come by with 6 kids. So I decided to superset my alternating exercises. I already do it for the ABS. Oh my gosh, the intensity of my workouts has gone way up and I am feeling everything a lot more. Just thought I'd share.

    I would love to hear in a few weeks if you feel like this has hampered your increase in weights any. Because of time issues, I keep the recovery periods to 60 seconds (I'm in stage 4 as well) and I do think this has kept me from lifting as heavy as I would otherwise. Probably not alot, but some. But I just can't do 90 mins in the gym.
