    I haven't lost any weight for the past two weigh ins, however, I have lost 1/2 inch on my hips and 1 inch on my waist, so I am still pleased. I highly doubt I will lose 11.4 lbs in the next two weeks, but I am ok with that too. This thread has kept me very motivated. I was on vacation the past week and its TOM now, so I am just thankful I didn't gain any weight, lol! Two more weeks girls!! We can do this!

    I lost 1.2 pounds this week~~total of 11.2lbs since challenge started!! I have 8.8lbs left to reach my goal of 20lbs for this challenge, not realistic with only 2 weeks left, but I am not going to set a new goal, I'm just happy I am losing something week after week.

    Sorry I forgot to weigh-in today, my step-mom's daddy died & I've been with them as much as possible. I will try my best to weigh-in in the morning.

    I'm up 4 lbs. :-(

    I have a question, my scale measure body fat. It was 51% & today it is 47%. Does that mean I may have gained muscle or water? Just a little confused since I gains & my BF went down.

    ONE THING I'VE NOTICED IS THAT THE WEIGHT COMES OFF SLOWER ONCE YOU THINK YOU'RE CLOSE TO YOUR GOAL. I'VE ALSO NOTICED THAT WE WOMEN GET 2 GOOD WEEKS SHOWING RESULTS ON THE SCALE. THE BAD WEEKS CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING, ONE WEEK FOR "TOM" AND THE OTHER WEEK FOR OVULATION. I GUESS IT WAS HOPEFUL THINKING THAT I THOUGHT I COULD LOOSE THE 20 BY LABOR DAY, BUT MY NEW GOAL IS CHRISTMAS, I HAVE TO BE REALISTIC. WITH THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHT TRAINING AND EXERCISE I DO, I JUST SHOW MORE IN THE MIRROR THEN ON THE SCALE. CONGRATUALTIONS ON ALL OF YOU THAT ARE GETTING CLOSE TO YOUR GOAL. JUST KEEP ON TRUCKING, IT'S A SLOW AND DISCOURAGING PATH AT TIMES BUT THE FINALE WILL BE TASTE SOO GOOD!!!

    I totally agree that Christmas is a doable goal! TOM is such a blow.

    Very confusing. I lost 3.75" combined since July 31.
    My mantra is just keep swimming.
    If I lose 1 lb a week that's fine.
