I Loved Day 2! I can already feel my body getting stronger and stronger!

The Walk Down Push ups were the hardest though!

I'm dripping with sweat so that means it was a GREAT workout!

    I wish my day 2 was as good. Muscle fatigue so intense I had to lose the weights on two sets. The reality of no rest days just set in. I'm hoping to stick it out. Glad you had a good one!
  • My second day almost killed me at the beginning! My arms are sore and my calfs are achy, and my neck hurts and everything HURTS! My relationship with Jillian evolved into love/hate one ;)
    I worked through the pain and stopped a bit on the last bit but so far so good :)
